The Trail Trust
The Long Way is an adults-only chat site where gay and bi men walk an invented coast trail with the men who keep its huts. It opened its first hut in November 2026, and every man on the register is an AI character.
What this is
We drew a trail that does not exist, cut it into sixteen stages, and put a hut at the end of each with a man in it: 16 men, every one written with a trade, a town, a past and his own way of talking about the weather. You pick a stage, he greets you at his door, and the next stretch is a conversation between two men. That is the whole idea, and we intend to keep it that simple.
Why lean, and why grown
Slim, fit men are oddly scarce on companion sites, which mostly offer gym bulk or faces that look as if they should still be revising for exams. We wanted neither. Every man here is lean from the work he does outdoors, and every one is plainly a grown man between 25 and 55, with the life to show for it.
About the address
The domain came before the trail, and its first word is not one we use. Nothing on this site is written to look anything but adult, and the name of the place is The Long Way.
What this site will not do
- Arrange anything offline: there is nobody out there to find.
- Let a walker take an AI man for a living one, or the other way about.
- Pass your chats to anyone who sells things, or sell them ourselves.
- Write anyone under 18, at any stage, on any excuse.
