Right of Way
The trail's legal small print, kept to a single stile's worth. Walking on past it is agreeing to it.
Who may walk here
Only adults may walk here: 18 at the least, and older if the law of your own country sets the line higher. Look after your account, and keep its password to yourself.
What the service is
An entertainment, nothing more: an AI model writes invented men on a trail that exists nowhere. No character's words are facts or professional advice, whether medical, legal, financial, or about real mountains and real weather.
Plans and payment
Plus is a season ticket, paid before you walk, in USDT, good for the number of days printed on it, and it never quietly rolls into a second season. Fees are not handed back: a season ticket carries no refund, except where law requires it. Coins sent short, sent over, or pushed down the wrong network are as lost as a glove dropped off Kittiwake Head, and the trust cannot fish them out.
What you may not do
Breaking the hut rules or the law, picking at the chat's limits, hammering the site with scrapers or attacks, or selling your way in to others can each get an account suspended or shut.
Your words
What you write belongs to you. You grant us the right to hold and process it for as long as the walks need it to run safely, and automated checks scan it against the rules.
Changes, and the end of the trail
Huts can close, stretches can be rerouted, men can leave the trail, and the whole site may pause or stop. A change to what you get is posted in the trail notes before it happens. You walk the trail as it lies, promised nothing past what the law itself insists we promise, and should anything go wrong, the most the trust will ever owe you is the sum of your fees from the last 30 days, wherever the law lets a limit like that stand.
